5. My tracking number isn’t updating — what should I do?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, your item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

7. Who covers return shipping costs?
If the item arrived damaged or we made an error, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
9. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

GeniusFit is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged upon delivery.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update your address. Unfortunately, we can’t change addresses after shipment.
