📍 Order Tracking

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country.
GeniusFit is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs charges) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, or marked as “return to sender”, we will refund the cost of the product only and retain the shipping charges.
❌ Lost or Damaged Packages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take clear photos of the damaged item and email them to us at geniusfitstore@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We only accept damage reports within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once verified, we will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the situation.
